As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Thought our midfield looked shattered in the second half, and really don't see why Ox and Walcott were left on the bench so long. The likes of Gerv looked dead on his feet.
Stevie wanted them fresh for Sunday.
They are obviously not fit enough - they've had three days rest FFS.

i'm sure he'll hear a word or two about that from bouldy
He could have done with making some changes a bit earlier than he did.
absolutely. our players were very tired near the end, don't know why he waited so long. and gervinho was a lot more tired than giroud, diaby also exhausted... our subs didn't make any sense to me, but then i'm a football fan and not a manager.

Score enough points to qualify after 3 or 4 games then throw the last two to finish second!! Sorry.....but I can see it happening
Dont want to sound negative but i agree with you he does it every time
In a word: WORRYING. Regressed into last season's shapeless display, sat far too deep and didn't keep the ball at all second half. Good 3 points still, away wins in Europe aren't to be sniffed at against any opposition.
It was great to see us tested and come through it. I liked the subs far better than the usual Wenger bringing of players playing well after 65 mins and then dropping points late on from a winning position. Bigger tests lie ahead but I like what I see so far.

And so he should...the thing is - it only takes one bad pass/error to give a ny opposition a 'lift' and then that snowballs......Diaby had a brilliant game against the victims - and then quite a few (although hoping it wasn't a flash in the pan) were saying he'd soon revert to norm...and tonight he did....so I hope Bouldy does give him Whoops! upside the head...coz ewhen he's on form he is brilliant...but those times are so far and few between
Good result but an absolutely dire 2nd half.Nothing upfront Giroud was terrible his job is to hold the ball up and overun in midfield.Lets be honest Montpellier are crap yet we were hanging on.
I see Gervinho has 'borrowed' dutch judas celebration with the hand to shoulder salute type thing...what the feck is that all about...looks like he's wiping dandruff off his shoulder!?
1- He had his hand up to his head, similar to the military salute
2- RVP never did that
3- RVP isn't a judas. we were all clapping when he posted that statement , why is he suddenly a hate figure?
4- Who cares about fucking celebrations ?
5- We fucking won
