Bayern Munich away tix travel pubs

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

So long as Jumpin' jack flash scores the first, and the tooth fairy nets the second, we shall then just have to rely on santa claus getting on the end of a hoof upfield from Rudolph for the third, then we are all set for Pat jennings to make a remarkable penalty save off the crossbar and both uprights to see us through.

So obviously Jumpin Jack Flash is Wilshere and the Tooth Fairy is Koscielny based on his powderpuff physique and aversion to physicality but I'm lost as to who you've nicknamed Santa and Rudolph? :rubchin:

I say I am to my sons....just to wind them up. Much talk of who we'll get in the next round.... !

In truth though....we have no chance! How many times this season have we won by 3 clear goals away from home? Once? And can't remember last time in Europe. And we're playing bayern munich, not reading!

Would be great to come away with a draw though. But we're out before leaving London!

As long as we dont rest players in a league match beforehand and then get thumped at Swansea I dont care !
In fact I would rather send a youth team to the fatherland than a full one !
Will make a great end of Season Piss up for those that go but really the tie is dead but the league match is crucial !

It's on espn over here Tomas and I for one will watch and hope for a Dortmund win 8)
Hi Augie,
thanks. Think Borussia was not able to get the Power on the pitch :-(.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/gossip/
Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness says his side have regained "the dominant place in German football" after Wednesday night's 1-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund in the quarter-final of the domestic cup. Hoeness thanked his opponents, who won last season's league and cup double, for forcing his team to reach "another level".

Hope you can get something out of your game!

Cheers,
Thomas

A club reacting to the success of another and doing something to make sure they get back on top? From directors to the manager to the players    Why can't Bayern just accept that Dortmund are the new force in german and European football? I mean, just look at all the millions Dortmund spent. No one can compete with that :banghead:

The worst thing is that Dortmund have proven that others spending tens of millions doesn't preclude you from challenging and even occasionally winning. :banghead:

I'm not sure exactly what you're saying but I think you mean "It's clear that Bayern beating Dortmund was solely as a result of financial doping".

I reckon the players will do their bit to meet the expectations when we start our chants of 'five-one in the Allianz-Arena' early on  :barscarf:
