MAN CITY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Agree with above comments about how people see it as a brilliant chance to slag the club off but don't really give a fuck about the actual impact on the fans. All this fuss about City fans, our tickets up there were hardly cheap and at least the fuckers don't pay this every week.

But that is only strictly true if you exclude the players that have obviously had a frontal lobotomy - and given some of our defending, I would say that's most of them!!

And looking at Gervinho I'd say that the surgical instrument bowl was somehow accidentally sewn in post op

Was meant to be attending tomorrow but circumstances have conspired against me - was flying over and back tomorrow but would have been under serious pressure to make it out to stanstead in time for return flight and when I read that there is no stanstead express tomorrow then I knew I wouldn't have had a hope of making it. I already had concerns about icy roads over here when it is a 120 mile round trip to Dublin airport for me so in the end deciding not to go was a no brainer.

City will have to hand in their team sheet well before the end of that game. I highly doubt Mancini is going to wait until right before kick-off to decide how to approach the game. Besides, don't see Mousers getting anything at OT.

If they turn up and go for the win I'm sure it'll be a good game and I'd peg them as favourites. But if they turn up and play negatively like they have every year then it'll probably be a shit game and I fancy us to win.

City haven't beat us in the league at home since 1975 so when I see a stat like tht then there is only 1 way this will turn out, city to win.

that stat existed in april last year, in fact every year since '75.

they'll come for a point again I imagine, hopefully our fight/determination in front of a raucous bowl will drive us on for 3 points!

How weird that a match Vs City now becomes one of the highlights of the season depending on the result of course. LOADS OF MONEY LOOK AT MY WAD
