We are falling into the usual trap. If you're going to be defensive/negative and limit attacking opportunities, you sure as fuck have to be a lot more solid defensively.

The way we're playing means we are creating no chances but they are finding loads of space.

Happy with the scoreline at HT, but we are dodgy at the back. pulling aload of players into the centre does not mean that you will defend well, especially when you leave yourself exposed on the wings. Ospina has been excellent, but a lot of the saves he has had to make have come off our mistakes. We are trying to force it every time, instead of just passing it to the side. Also, the ref should fuck off, in no way was what Welbeck did on Rose, worthy of a yellow, especially when Ozil was kicked earlier, with no yellow given.

Santi can't make his usual runs because Aaron keeps getting into the space he wants to go into, I'm not sure playing both of them works in a game like this where we have to weather a lot of possession, I think TR7 is better at making space with his off the ball runs
