How long is it going to take before Clouseau realises what most realised last season or was it even the season before ie that Arteta is finished. His man scored for the first goal. Second goal  . And injured again (probably a blessing in disguise) £80 grand a week I could've swore I read somewhere that he's on.

He's the captain and the BGV is vice captain - What a joke. Its as if someone said to Clouseau lets see if you can treat the armband with more disdain than you already have

Needless to say if he is out for the long term the problems will continue beyond todays result.

Wenger will blame the injuries once more but he is the one constant in the many years of injury hell.

He is the constant in not strengthening the squad to have an able replacement for Coquelin, and another striker

He keeps on making mistakes, and he keeps on getting away with it..... :D

All we ever do is pass the ball sideways, we barely created anything in the 2nd half. Defense also very shaky.

Giving arteta a new deal made far, far more sense than giving a new contract to rosicky who has done nothing to deserve a new deal - say what you like about arteta but he wanted to play for us so much that he took a pay cut to join us, and then he gave us a few years of good service (of course he was played out of position by le c.unt  ). Contrast that to rosicky who hasn't given us ONE good season since he joined :x

In each of our last 2 games a win would have put us top of the league and as usual we bottled it.

Rosicky has fuckall to do with Arteta being garbage. I couldnt give a fiddlers fuck if Arteta wants go play for free. He shouldnt be anywhere near an Arsenal shirt. Didnt I hear you say sentimentality shouldnt enter into it? So he gave a couple goodish seasons. Ok. So what? His time is long up. :|

Funny, the league standard isn't very good and sadly we can't take advantage.

I agree that arteta's best days are behind him (think garbage is a bit too strong though) and I don't think that he should have got a new deal either, but my point is that, on a list of wenker's contract fcuk ups, arteta's new deal would be well down the list imo.
