Carrick needs to be Eddie Howe's number two at Newcastle and they can both look like 16 year old work experience kids at an estate agent's or a double glazing firm.
My daughter reckons Carrick looks like he should be a teaching assistant in that Christmas film The Nativity
I've not seen it but I absolutely agree with the idea based on it being exactly what I want to agree with and laugh at.

Lacazette for OhDearGod and go for it! They are there for the beating. Will Captain Black be brave enough? Doubt it.
know he aint adding much (odergaard) but cant loose another body in midfield...they are dominating as it is

need AMN on for odergaard and Laca on for auba...and go for it

Arteta partly to blame...dont think he went for it enough.....questionable team selection and inevitable control of midfield led to utd scoring

these *word censored* were there for the taking.....but if it carries on second half same way can only be one winner...and it aint us
I questioned Martinez-Lite's line up before the game. Ohdeargod and Elninny offer nothing in midfield and Partey is very limited. Even Maitland-Bendtner would be better than any of those three on current form and Maitland-Bendtner is gash ffs.

If he doesn't take one of those three off and get Boomerang off we will lose.

Blatant blatant pen. VAR doing it’s job for it’s paymasters. :censored:
Absolutely, not even being discussed, imagine if that was at the other end of the pitch....

This is a shit United team but we are the gift that keeps on giving by inviting them onto us. Also, how is it ok for VAR to just ignore blatant fouls, whoever is on VAR tonight should be sacked.

I'm not really sure where we go with this. I'd bring on Lacazette at some stage and have a pop at them but Arteta wants to come away without defeat. We're looking at then jamming a goal and us trying to chase an equaliser when we should be all over them.

In hindsight it might of been better if our goal was cancelled. We were on top before then and they were hopeless.I was confident we could get a result but the imaginary injustice they felt gave them momentum that they haven't had for weeks. Our passing is crap when we are under pressure .

Carrick is just the type of care-taker manager who would have been three nil up against Wenger after 20 minutes.
