It’s looking as though the holy grail of a top 8 place might be a stretch too far this season - never mind though, we are within touching distance of finishing in the top 24 - which means we will get to play in the newly created round of 24 :barscarf:

I feel robbed to be honest. They were shit but defended well. If our next two signings are not a striker and attacking midfielder then Arteta should be sacked, simples.
Personally I wouldn’t give legohead another dime, there’s not a hope he should be given more money to spaff up against a wall. The team deficiencies were glaring, he ignored them and at this stage on this run he should be shown the door
Slight problem - didn’t we just give him a long term contract?

If I had to list the most boring Arsenal teams I've ever seen this lot would be up there with Wenger's winless wonders playing away in the second half of his last season, Howe's mid 80s team, and GG's late vintage of Morrow, Selley, Hillier and Co

Sock drawer organising, watching paint dry and grass grow top a list of interesting pastimes ahead of watching us right now

What does he say when we win?

I dunno, I've only had him a year.

All the fun of about 2014 that. No threat at all, aimless balls into the box, not really managing a shot on target and a lot of just passing it about with no urgency at all. Fucking waste of time.

Indeed, we’re a club that just doesn’t learn and rewards utter mediocrity, 800 million quid mediocrity

Timber was actually playing well and to sub him for Zinchenko was bizarre. Doing the same thing and expecting the a different result…

Agreed. I was just saying to my lad that Timber looked like the only one with the energy to run at them and get crosses in. Then he takes him off for that City reject. Unreal that was

It's nearly 1030 and if we were still playing we still wouldn't have scored  Utter shite that was  We won on corners though :barscarf:

When you compare Timber's energy and drive to white's cant be arsed one paced crap on the other wing, it really is night and day

It has got to the point now that I actually start laughing when our centre backs keep passing the ball to the deep lying partey as if he is the new pirlo   Honestly there is more football in my little toe than there is in partey, and yet we are meant to see him as some sort of deep lying playmaker

He just said he was proud of the performance and the way we dominated

All down to the penalty and the non penalty apparently

Must just be me that thought it was 90 minutes of mind numbing dross then
