I've recently started a 3 month trial with Lovefilm, and I saw this in their collection...
Cum to Live (18)
A man and a woman get stuck in an isolated house in the French Alps during a snowstorm, they want to have sex but they have no condom. Will they surrender and practice unsafe sex? Furthermore, they both have a troubled past, are liars, have guns and know how to use them.
What do you reckon? I think it has Oscar winning potential

it has all the makings of a good plot
and real suspense in what will they do

The Secret In Their Eyes - 8/10 - superb Argentine (or is it Argentinian?
) film with a somewhat disturbing ending...

Just watched it as well and agree - 8.5/10
Also recently watched this:
The Silence: disturbing subject matter - 7/10, especially considering it's a German film
and this:
Villain: Pretty good 7.5/10
and finally - ohne subtitles:
6.5/10
Not bad - the frustration of dealing with people on the phone - I can completely empathise with Ryan Reynolds

The Artist - 7/10 Wasn't sure if I'd like it, but it was pretty good. Certainly different.

going to start posting in here now that i'm getting into films (read: torrents
)
had a watch of this the other day -
Flight 8/10 - decent idea. denzel does the business again with his portrayal of the captain. for a long film i was able to follow it all the way through without getting bored even though it seemed like a long advert for AA. few twists and turns i couldn't see coming. worth a watch.
