From what I understand he wanted to come back to England if he had to leave Barca...and didn't both mancs rule themselves out?....so only really leaves chavs...but as you said no one knows the offers he had and I don't blame him for going there...A club with ambition...as I said I blame our manager/board.

he didnt screw us. he spent years carrying us. he left for his team. the best team in the world at that time. he owed us nothing. why we expect top class players to waste their careers under the latter day wenger is beyond me. why begrudge him the chance to win trophies at the club he supported as a kid rather than stay and chase 4th at arsenal for ever more?
