The 2015 Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Wenger talking on transfer windows did come out with the quote, nothing happens till the last few days....

Not sure where he gets that info as most clubs get in and do there Business early

BRING BACK DAVID DEIN......only guy who could present the club in the correct manner in transfer dealings

Things could be worse I suppose, we could have just signed Danny Ings.

Who needs Messi, Suarez and Neymar when you've got Ings, Balotelli and Ricky Lambert

Next season is gonna be their year :barscarf:

Wanyama is Kenyan, so I don't he'd he'd be absent for the Finals very often.

"Wenger talking on transfer windows did come out with the quote, nothing happens till the last few days...."

In that case we may as well close this thread till a week or so before the transfer window closes - It'll save us all the grief and that sense of hoping..maybe just maybe Clueless will make a signing that meets with all our hopes and approval....

It's the hope that kills us.

Has he just said this? Shocking if so, Ramsey saying this is also shocking, the players don't want incomings as it rocks their comfy little boat.

I/we should not be surprised by this and know exactly how this window will pan out, Cech will probably come as he's too good an opportunity to miss and then that will be it.

Season starts for us early on Aug 2nd with a game against Chelsea, give a good account of ourselves in this meaningless friendly and that's phase one complete, phase two is to have a strong start in the 3 or 4 weeks before the window shuts, a strong start means the PR machine will be out in force stating how the squad is super special and there's no one out there that can better it.

Nothing else will happen, the flip side is that Chelsea smash us and we get off to a bad start then Wenger will stick to his words and come alive in the last few days through panic.

He's so easy to read and the early start to the season is a godsend to him to try and get away from adding real quality to the squad and rocking his deluded boat.

Gunnersaurus everything you've said makes perfect sense BUT...can You name any player that's AVAILABLE and better than what we have! Unless fans can name them, then they can't exist! Because none of those players you want are "available"! Maybe Dortmund will ring up Arsene and offer Reus in a gift-wrapped ribbon?
