Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arteta on Smith Rowe:
There are things happening in the background so we felt it was best not to use him.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Fulham close to reaching agreement with Arsenal to sign Emile Smith Rowe. Talks over move worth up to £35m; would be record recruit for #FFC + match biggest #AFC sale. If deal struck 23yo expected to do medical & finalise terms @TheAthleticFC

Arsenal v Bournemouth Final whistle 1 -1. Arsenal win 6 - 5 on penalties.

From what I could see the feather was his usual ineffective self and managed to get in the way of Nwaneri scoring... :?

The new away kit looks slightly less vomit inducing when worn as opposed to on the peg, but still not good.

Lord jesus those highlights were woeful and the guy who did them must know fcuk all about football - how do you include basic fouls in highlights and also the ball hitting the ref was a highlight too ?? Get the fcuk

Bournemouth had a number 27 who looked heavy and slow and would be more at home playing for the dog and duck 11 - if he gets game time in the premier league this season they are gonna take a whopping plus he will see a lot of cards

Smith-Rowe looks all but gone. I think this is a massive fucking mistake by The Cusp. He seems intent on retaining uber shite like CliveChenko but wants rid of genuine quality like Smith-Rowe? Fuck off. :censored:

a) Yes I did watch them

b) I then looked for better highlights, but due to the broadcasting rights etc, at the time there were none I could find

c) Yes they were & are shyte, BUT they at least showed the goals, also there are now some 'highlights' of Nwaneri's contributions to the game; reports from those present at the game said he was one of our better players.

d) Which is why I said If you can do better be my guest.

tut tut some people are soooo sensitive.
