Sorry, I'll say that again;

Skyfall. They left out the rest of the title;

Skyfalltosleephalfwaythrough. :roll: :banghead:

Very disappointing. I liked the first two with Craig but this third one was just like any generic Hollywood thriller. The action set pieces were so utterly hilariously stupid and OTT they would insult the taste and intelligence of a 14 year old Die Hard fan. :oops: :roll:

And the supporting actors were piss low standard - the black chick, the new "whacky young geek" Q, the suspicious looking ladyman Bond knocked off in the shower on the yacht - all utter fucking shit. :x :censored:

Even the usually brilliant Albert Finney and Javier Bardem seemed to be just hamming it up. :(

Agree about Skyfall. I liked Casino Royale and actually thought Quantum of Solace was pretty good even though I often hear it criticised, but Skyfall was feckin boring.

Try Zero Dark Thirty - same director but a much better film! 8)

Just saying that it's all about personal opinion and the mood you're in when you sit down to watch a film. I fully admit the Deer Hunter is a well-made, well acted film but I personally think it was too long, with a lot of the scenes overplayed for the sake of it. As for Skyfall, yeah it's by no means the best Bond ever, but in the cinema on the big screen it was a great escape for a couple of hours and some great nods to Bonds of the past.
Personal opinion, DB10, is what makes the world go round. It would be very boring otherwise! No need to get abusive.

In fairness, anything DB10 wrote that was abusive wasn't aimed at you, mate.

I'm afraid he was abused by a James Bond lookalike a few years ago and has held a grudge against the franchise ever since.

DB10 used to work in the adult industry in Dublin. They made a few Bond films (You only cum twice, the man with the golden cock, the spy who buggered me, and Brown finger :shock: ). He played the role of the Japanese midget henchman, Oddjob, and was mainly used and abused by Bond in every scene.

Yup, I'm afraid the subject is as sore as his arse :shock:

He's right about Deer Hunter though - cracking film. Skyfall??... not so much. :wink:

Arse, I'm of course talking about the metaphorical, small world we all live in day by day! Oh and by the way, I left school a long, long time ago. Stand by my comments on The Deer Hunter as well.
