THE PROJOE TOTALLY POINTLESS TRANSFER RUMOUR THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The longer project Wenger goes on the further back in our history we're having to delve to find success.

Rosicky to Galatasary apparently. Could also be part of a deal that brings Servet Çetin to The Emirates.

I remember my (life time Gooner) older brother saying to me - When we were the Invincibles...

"Enjoy these days and these players bruv...cos one day we'll be looking back and shaking our heads in disbelief at just how Brilliant they were"

Oh! How True! How True Fecking True!

I know, he is a BEAST. The only stumbling block for me is would he really be willing to play second fiddle to Koscielny or would Cetin get the first team spot?

On this Spahic guy;

Bacary Sagna, who came through the ranks at Bordeaux before joining Arsenal in 2007, has watched Spahic's progress with Montpellier with interest, and admits that he would make a good addition to the Arsenal squad.

Sagna said: "I used to follow him in French football last year and he is a good player.

"He's definitely good enough to play for Arsenal and everyone will welcome him if he does come."

he would get the nod in front of Kos anyday! Even play him as a DM if need be. Your right the guy is a beast, with him the smaller players can play without fear! I wouldnt fuck with him haha

regarding Spahic, in the mail his manager is quoted as saying that he aint going anywhere and that if he did it would cost 22mil

Montpellier boss Rene Girard has suggested he is reluctant to allow Spahic to leave the club. Asked about the Arsenal rumours, he told Le Midi Libre: "I'm flabbergasted. There has never been any question of Emir's departure."

He added, jokingly, that he would sell "if the English are willing to give us €25 million".
