What a massive pile of ***** the Nations League is - not even the Carabao Cup of Europe.....more like that Papa Johns Trophy shite! In all seriousness why don't they turn it into some form of u-23s tournament? Risking top international players getting paid £000,000's per week is nonsense. I get when its proper qualification games its par for the course but picking up injuries like Odegaard playing some mickey mouse glorified friendly against Austria.....really?

My beloved Oirish friends will note I didn't even take the time to mention the weekend's result......honestly couldn't give a flying fuck, Yay, we might get out of Group B of the Nations League, how exciting.....said no-one ever. Well done on back to back wins versus Ireland and Finland......said the same non existent person. It was only a few weeks ago Ing-er-lund were trying to win a major tournie and now they're dicking about with these sort of games, playing Rice and Saka endlessly while the likes of snotnose Palmer, cat features Foden and a load of other sneaks 'bunk off'. Or maybe we are the mugs even letting our star players get out of bed for it!

I wouldn't mind but there's more of this shit at the start of October too!

2 more matches in November too.

If you add in the now meaningless CL fixtures then Saka could well play (including the 2 he has just been involved in) 12 meaningless fixtures between now and mid December! Just crazy !!

By the way the Nations League actually now makes more sense to me than the CL - at least it is a straightforward group of 4.

Can’t wait to see the league table of 36 after each round of CL matches :D

The captain would have gone missing against scum and shitty anyway so no issue here.

So would you have dropped him for those games anyway? If so, who would you replace him with?…genuine question.
I was being sarcastic as he's always accused of going missing in big games on here and not well liked. We should never have sold my favourite player , ESR would have been the perfect fit, Vieira was never good enough but madness getting rid of both. Guessing trossard and gabi will play , havertz drops to midfield.

From memory, I told you 18 months or more ago that ESR had no future with us and would be gone. I also said that Martinelli would probably be gone within 2-3 years and I still think that's possible.

Havertz in centre mid would be an absolute disaster :speechless: . I'd be surprised if Arteta moves his golden boy out of his usual position.

Think I may have jinxed it

Really feel for Rambo who has made 3 top class saves, only to be let down by a shit defence in front of him.

Seriously put a £10 on the saints to go down, 100% guaranteed.

Did you see how many Manc scum surrounded the ref after the penalty given. And how many yellow cards were dished out? Sum total of zero. And then the length of time before the ref blew the whistle to take it. Honestly it's the same old inconsistent biased refereeing :banghead:

Sure did mate... (6 players) I was thinking the Exact Same Thing, as you say the same inconsistency... You can 100% Guarantee if Arsenal players do the same tomorrow... They WILL be carded.
