The Banner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

How about a banner which reads "Herbert Chapman built this club, Arsene Wenger destroyed it"

I hope that the lads get the banners past the "Thought Police" today, that the facist AKB's respect the right to express our opinions, and that sky don't act as Stan and Wengers "censors" again.

It seems to be a Fall of the Wall situation, where if enough people turn up to protest, the Stasi have no choice but to leave them to it :barscarf:

If I Catch sight of David Hasselhoff singing in the Clock End I'll believe it's over.

Well it was good to finally have a protest inside Cashburton :barscarf:

Even if the AKB cultists came out with TO1AW; which is only sung in sympathy these days, which says it all (Stoke Three aftermath, anyone?) :censored:

I agree Sean, dissent shown by a large number, plus a few thousand conspicuous by their absence (yet again) speaks volumes.

The problem is and always will be, large numbers ofthose who are most against the regime have stopped attending making outright mutiny virtually impossible.

The very FACT it was shown on camera, reported in the papers, featured on M.O.T.D (albeit in a condescending manner b y the jug eared twat) shows that it IS having an impact, shame the season is drawing to a close as if it could have been implemented March / April momentum might have gathered.

PS just wanted to add my thanks and congratulations to those standing up to the great dictator, thank you for the banners, please keep it going until we get our Arsenal back. :barscarf:
