Got another one....Sunday Night at the London Palladium.

Nowt like a pair of old bastards wallowing in nostalgia is there

Used to love Fireball XL5 and the theme tune

Aaah, Sunday Night at the Palladium, the tiller girls and all the stars going round on that dodgy roundabout thing at the end of the show and all that

William Hartnell as Dr Who, it'd never happen now, got to be some young "looker" to please the press

The Old Grey Whistle Test, British Rail football specials, everyone just piled on with as much booze as poss with little or no policing or restrictions

The days when the Radio Times only listed the BBC schedules and the TV Times only listed ITV and to this day I still buy both at xmas, sad

The days when we had a proper badge instead of something that a ten year old crayoned

TVs that you had to switch to 625 lines in order to watch BBC2. Snow that lasted two weeks instead of half a day, Dodgy reception of pirate radio staions moored out in the north sea in a gale on dodgy transistor radios
