Arsenal Fan from India

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

And you say "For example If Arsenal scores a goal I just rejoice within myself and I don't express it openly". This is great because that's exactly how many of us Arsenal fans support their team already, so you are in good company!
Good one lol.

Damn it!! Just came across our Indian friend Rafales post and was about to reply in exactly the same way!! :x I must learn to get up a little earlier - although I'm normally only a couple of hours into by sleep by the time most of you start posting in the morning!

Welcome to Rafales. It's great to know that there are Arsenal fans in India, and even better to know you have such loyalty!! 8) Try not to upset your parents, but do keep supporting the Gunners the best way you can.

As they say in a Tesco advert over here: 'Every Little Bit Helps!"

Great to hear from you rafales, your english is good and your passion for the team seems even better.

You will get on well with everyone on here.

Don't let people lead you astray on hear and certainly don't go repeating ECD's comments to your parents when you see them on here or you really will be in trouble!

That's a bit harsh, Chopper! :?

I like to think I usually put forward reasonable arguments in any debate in which I participate in, and keep a cool head over most things - except for that one time with Rolypoly.

Have I got a reputation that I am unaware of? :?

My feelings are hurt. :( I think I'm about to cry now.

Now now ECD, don't cry.

You know I like to stir you up a bit if things have gone quite to inspire a another ECD gem!

With all these worldwide fans we are picking up it's nice to know our genius can be shared internationally. (When i say 'our' I mean augie/gunnertino and myself). Others hint at greatness others well others can only wish.

Many of the replies posted I'm unable to understand fully. Thats ok. I will get used to it. many of the words or sentences are really new to me and its interesting too....hope to learn more english words....

There are a few manure fans here and I may be a target for them for abuse and racist comments since I live in India. Thats ok for me as they are manure fans and I'm an arsenal fan.

Anyway I will keep my voice low here as it is a bad time of indians living in UK now due to the recent terrorist attacks in glasgow airport. I apologize in behalf of indians if it is proved that those indian doctors did it.

Awwww dont worry bro, i dont understand half the stuff that goes on between Eboue Cant Defend, I Hate Hleb, Tony Saunders and basically anyone you can think of lol. But they are nice blokes, very accepting and friendly and passionate Gooners.

And dont worry about racist comments and stuff, just say loudly and proudly. "GUNNERS FOR LIFE" :)

Rafales,

First of all, you have absolutely nothing to be frightened of when it comes to the Man Utd fans that were on here the other day. They don't normally visit this website. The only reason they did last week was because someone wrote an article about Manchester United which was shown elsewhere, and they wanted to come on here to defend their club. I can assure you that the idiot who said some things which you thought were racist is not typical of either Man Utd supporters or British people in general.

Secondly, there is no need and no reason for you to apologise for the actions of a few bad people that may have come from your country or continent. Evil people are evil people no matter where they come from.

Rest assured that, no matter what you may hear in the media in your country or on Al Jazeera television, it is not a bad time for Indians in the U.K. There is no way that the British people blame all Muslims, Pakistanis or Indians for what is happening at the moment. We know it's just a few people that have been influenced by some clerics preaching a warped version of the Koran.

Finally, there is no reason at all for you to 'keep your voice low' on here. You can say whatever you want to say, whenever you want to say it. Every Arsenal fan is treated the same on this site and we don't particular care where people come from. The important thing is that you are an ARSENAL FAN, A GOONER, and ONE OF US!!!

Chin up, and I look forward to hearing more from you on this site.

Kaqak,

Thankyou for your private e-mails. Sorry I have not returned any but I can't work out how to use the 'private message' function. That is why I am writing this post now. To let you know that I am not ignoring you!!

In my last post, I was not angry with you or telling you off for not mentioning the role played by Tony Blair and Britain in the Balkans war. I just mentioned it because you forgot to and in case other people didn't know.

I kept a very keen interest in what was happening during that period and am delighted that the peoples of Albania, Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia now have independence and freedom.

I also already knew that a lot of your fellow countrymen had called their new babies after Tony Blair in gratitude for what he did, because they showed it on a television programme here.

Finally, thankyou for your kind words above. I do my best to both inform and entertain on this site. Pity they don't bloody pay me though!! (maybe you would like to start a campaign for me to get paid? You could even threaten to send a few of your tough boys over here if they don't give me money! :D  ) Anyway, good luck my friend and keep yourself safe.

Racism is History in England

Post by Drone »

Majority if Kosovar Albanians are Muslims including me, but England, US and many other Cristian Countries helped us to get free from Serbia an Cristian Country. And they are still hellping us and leading to Independence, specially UK and USA.
I believe that dosent eksist in UK but in Balkans and India and some other parts of the world thats hapens every day. Hope are places are getting in the right way to the civilization very soon.

So i dont have to kick ass anytime we beat manure or chavski, cause that hapened to me twice this year with Manure fans. And was hell of a fight, and result was same as the game.
