As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yeah loads of goals from free kicks this season NOT, and corners tonight awful.
YES TONIGHT, WHO IS PLAYING WELL TONIGHT??
HAS HE HAD A FREE KICK TO SHOOT FROM TONIGHT??
Im sure he has got some assists from free kicks or corners this season. What about sunderland? was it van persie or nasri?

rvp and bendtners misses in first leg will have a lot to do with it.
van persie won and finished the penalty which is keeping us in this tie. Dont forget that sid.
I actually cant believe Ive gotta defend van persie against our own fans, Im actually shocked
IW8Goalmachine wrote:you have to say that he has played absolute shit tonight
why the jury is out is because of his statement about the having to win trophies
He might have been shit tonight, along with many others but he, along with Fabregas and perhaps Sagna and Arshavin are the only world class players that we have

What are these many things? He has missed countless chances this season, and his final ball is too often poor. He is no Bergkamp and no Henry, nor a finisher like Wrighty, so tell me g88ner what is he, other than a luxury.
He's a damn good squad player.
He's obviously no Henry or Bergkamp, but you can't compare everyone to those great players... he's a decent player, but NOT as a lone striker.
Now we never look dangerous in free kicks....When did he score last time? How many minutes does he play to score a goal? Simply, we need someone to score goals consistently!!!
