I set up the DD a year ago now, just waiting for the club to claim what is rightfully 20 minutes "work" for Adebayor.
Similar to me. I set up the DD about a year back & assumed when my membership needed renewing they'd just take the £30 automatically.
I've had a look at the options on the tickethub & it does look as though those drop down menus near the bottom of the page are for purchasing new memberships rather than renewing existing ones?
The box in the middle of the page says something along the lines of "You have no expired memberships for renewal", I don't wanna end up buying a new membership by mistake & dropping right back to the bottom of the queue for Silver...
i payed credit card, but yeah be careful with new membership ,its what i done last year and was put back to the back of the silver waiting list, rang the club and they fixed it
we've got 2 reds, mine is a purchase renewal so i pay by card, the missus got the dd one and the date for renewal is set for sometime next month, were assuming they'll take the dd out of here account as that was what the dd was set up for.
They keep changing the date on-line. First it was last a few weeks ago. Then 27/5 then 28/5 now the bloody 12/6. I thought they'd be desperate for the money.
It does appear in the expired memberships bit, click on Manage Memberships and you'll see it there. Choose from the drop down what option you want to go for, check the tickbox and away you go.
Expensive month for me. Had to renew the season ticket, along with one Red membership and one Silver membership. Soon adds up

I dont' think thats right.
Mine this morning stated next to where i used to say current, expired and an option box to renew.
The list you are referring to is for NEW memberships and no renewal.

This is correct. The list at the bottom of the page with the drop down menus is for NEW memberships not renewing current ones. I just bothered to read the small print properly;
"IF YOU HELD A MEMBERSHIP FOR SEASON 2008/2009 YOU MUST RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP ABOVE TO AVOID LOSING ANY WAITING LIST POSITIONS, PURCHASING A NEW MEMBERSHIP WILL GIVE YOU A NEW POSITION."
