We love you Michael

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

This is for the MJ lovers. I will delete any sick comments on here. Put them on the other thread.

I had tickets for the concerts and this is my favourite MJ song.

sorry but Radford thinks this is pathetic. defend him all you want and you can delete this post (nazis style) but you will never erase the fact that he paid millions to keep allagations out of court. those are facts so deal with it.

and locking threads just because you are a fan is plain wrong. people are entilted to express whatever opinion they want evan if you don't like it.

Bullshit

Quincy Jones was a great producer but on the Thriller album he shared the writing credits on ONE song.Jackson wrote Billie Jean one of the greatest songs of all time on his own

I locked the tread because a lot of people (not me) were getting offended by some of the jokes. It just seemed a good idea to have a place where those people could post without having to read the sick stuff. If you look I have been posting on and enjoying the sick jokes. :mooner:

By the way if some that don't like the jokes now go on the other thread they deserve everything they get.

Listen to yourself... who wrote Nirvana's songs? Who wrote Bob Dylan's songs? Neil Young's? All GREAT artists write their own songs. Entertainers sing other people's songs.

Sleep well, Mike. A true legend who will never be forgotten. Whether he's guilty or not for the things he's been accused of isn't really for us to say, because none of us can say for sure. I'm not a religious man, but we can only hope that if he's innocent, he's upstairs and if he's guilty, he's downstairs right now.

But I was genuinely upset last night. I've been a huge MJ fan since I was little. Say what you like about his personal life, but the man deserves to be remembered for his contribution to the music industry. An absolute icon for the last 25 years or so.

RIP.

Here's a quote from Quincy himself...

Legendary producer/composer Quincy Jones, who has worked very closely with Michael and was the mastermind behind Thriller, Off The Wall, and Bad expressed deep remorse for Michael and payed honor to his "talent and grace" with this released statement.

I am absolutely devastated at this tragic and unexpected news. For Michael to be taken away from us so suddenly at such a young age, I just don’t have the words. Divinity brought our souls together on The Wiz and allowed us to do what we were able to throughout the 80’s. To this day, the music we created together on Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad is played in every corner of the world and the reason for that is because HE had it all…talent, grace, professionalism and dedication. He was the consummate entertainer and his contributions and legacy will be felt upon the world forever. I’ve lost my little brother today, and part of my soul has gone with him

righto, because Quincy is gonna want to be the crunt that says "Yeah Mike was great - but he didn't contribute shit to the songs. It was ME! ALL ME!!!"
