As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
He has to agree personal terms but by wengers comments he has gone. But to say that Eduardo and Rosicky can "replace him" its a joke which means he is not likely to replace him.

To be fair Rosicky’s been out so long it’s one of the only times I could agree with the like a new signing spiel. And in any case I tend to take everything Wenger says with a big enough pinch of salt to cover a Kolo-sized portion of chips. Actions speak louder than words.
Plus first & foremost I want a quality DM. If our lack of money means we have to forego replacing Adebayor in order to do so then so be it. Our options up front are comparable to the rest of the top 4 in my opinion but barring a Flamini-esque step-up from within the squad we have not one quality defensive midfielder. So that's got to be the priority.

I believe that Bendtner will replace Greedy rather than Eduardo or Rosicky that is what i ment to say.
On todays performance we need a CB more than a CDM as Song looked good towards the end of the season so he might be able to step up. Barnet had two free kicks in similar positions on the left outside the box and we looked all at sea for both of them and the second free kick was when we conceded the first goal. If we had a commanding CB then we will be able to deal with situations like that much better.

Second that view. In the end Bendtner is better than Ade was at 21 so hopefully things can only get better.
As it stands I dont expect us to sign another striker and can only pray that our players stay injury free for most of the season, but a DM is essential to our success this season.
Time will tell.
