I take my information based from reliable source and make my own judgements. Most of the shit written in the Sun, Skysport (the same thing

) newsnow and Goal.com is litterally shit. However, often comes a small nugget of truth.
If the same information or similar is mentioned repeatidly across the spectrum of media then you have to acknowledge its importance.
So as I said Arsenal offered £5M plus two players on which basis can you also prove that Arsenal were paying £10-15M for Melo as you quote?
We get the info the same!
Having a quick search on the bank loan safety barrier I can't find
anything so it would be useful to see.
I have posted this info and much more related info on here at least three times it comes from the financial report.

The Group is required under the terms of its fixed rate bonds and floating rate bonds to maintain specified amounts on
bank deposit as security against future payments of interest and principal. Accordingly the use of these debt service
reserve accounts is restricted to that purpose.
Quoting from newspapers and whatever other media outlets you use for info is all a bit of fun, but unless it becomes a fact you should take it all with a pinch of salt, because 90% of what they write or report is just stuff some lazy bastard journalist has sat in his office dreaming up and once it goes into print the rest of the lazy bastards just quote it, they don't check up on ithe info and they don't care whether it is true or not, it just fills time or space for them.
If you took time to notice you'll find a lot of the stories you quote as facts are but one of a dozen different stories that these muppets quote about the same subject and each one has a different fact, you are just picking the one you want to believe, but if you look at the factual documents e.g the financial reports you'll find none of the facts that the media dream up make any sense, they are pulling numbers out of a hat.
The only people that know the facts are the board and the manager and you won't here the facts from either of them because it's not in their interest to let us or the media know them, because it gives them no leverage for excuses.
So the best we can do is study the factual documents available and the managers past behaviour and from that you will get a lot better understanding of whats going on and why than if you listen to the media.
The figure i quoted for Melo was part of a tongue in cheek post and it was regarding people like yourself saying that AW was trying to buy Melo, now if you think he was, then he certainly wouldn't have been trying to buy him if he didn't have at least 10m available, and don't insult your own intelligence by suggesting that AW is trawling europe looking for a quality DCM with only a couple of million quid and Eboue as payment, if he's looking for a player he had at least 10m and a lot more than that now.
I'm no finance wizard but recent reports from Usmanov said he was concerned, Fergie this week claimed Arsenal don't have the cash, and Ade (as much as I dispise the crunt) claimed he was sold as we needed the cash. The major sticking point is every man and his dog knows we need a midfielder but we still don't spend.
The the rumblings have been heard on this before and it's getting louder.
