Subtract 2 as Yourshighburylly has decided to call it a day on ALL televised matches as it seems a scandelous waste of dosh when I can watch it in the comfort of home/pub- & I got tix for 2nite! I am fed up with being the fodder by which the tvchannels like to use to make a good programme for the armchair pundits to watch with virtually NO effort involved on their side, while we all put in vast amounts of time/energy & dosh. Never thought I would feel like this. I certainly will still attend certain non- televised(live) games- away in particular, but the fact that I work on Saturdays, coupled with the distances involved suggests that a trip up The Arsenal will be a very rare thing for me from now on.It has been 26 years of great moments, & I have loved it.
I will get to games @ my local team, allbeit at a lower level, but I will tell you what- the noise level for such a small crowd is great, & the atmosphere on the home terrace is ALWAYS electric, even after a defeat- & dont even think of leaving early!
Good luck 2nite, & the Arsenalisation plans seem really exciting too- the "clock" one is one of my faves.
59,859- but I will be watching on Sky!
