As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The thing is that you get *word censored* like Terry and Rooney having a dig at Eduardo, and calling for honesty. Saying that England players are honest. Then claiming a penalty which never was . AND laughing about it!!!
Apparently Eduardo should have told the referee that it was not a penalty.

Not an overreaction to say I want England to lose. I want England to lose every match they play - the teamsheet reads like a list of the biggest wankers in football and the way the press fawn over them is pathetic.
I'd support England in any other sport, but not football. So few of the players deserve it.
its anoyin but he dose it all the time, it was a bad decision yea but then he apealed for the penalty so he decieved the ref and will now be punished ...

Er...are we not in danger of throwing the baby out with the bath water here?
Sky and the FA are blatantly biased towards Manchester United. They always have been. Once the Premiership was formed (which was of course the start of football proper as any United 'fan' will tell you) they had it sewn up - money, power, corruption.
Rooney could set fire to the Queen and eat her ashes with a glass of turps whilst belching Waltzing Matilda and the press would still say that he's a "good old lovable scamp". Just like they do when Paul Scoles breaks his latest opponents legs ("dear old Scholesy, he just can't tackle can he Andy..? "Well, you've just got to laugh Martin").
United are cheats, hypocrites and an odious boil on the arse of everything (and that's their GOOD points!).
BUT....I can't really see how England losing to Crotia on Wednesday will help this fight.
Surely seeing them lose isn't going to change anything?
No, but it would be bloody funny to see them lose.
