Do you have a wife/hubby/partner and if so.....

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

My missus didn't like football before we met but I infected her with the Arsenal. She is great about my Gunners obsession and has no probs with me going over for footy weekends. She's been to a few games and she is helping me raise our kids as gooners. 8)

My has been to highbury on a few occasions and really enjoyed it, though she isn't a football fan. She still likes Arsenal to win cos it makes me happy, although I don't let defeats affect me the way I used to when we first met, when a defeat would ruin my week, although a defeat by spuds or the corpse robbers could put me in relapse.

I buy the tickets and just tell her I'm going (too late then for her to moan about it) but if I'm watching it on the telly she complains cause I shout too loud and keeps telling me to stop swearing so much, obviously I tell her to fuck off out if she don't like it.

Generally though she don't mind too much even though she doesn't really understand it. :barscarf:

there are exceptions of course, that being one, along with if she turns up to hand you your lunch during half time, considering she fucks off promptly 8)
