Get your dad down the box office at the train station (Euston, Paddington, etc.) and I'm sure that for an admin charge they'll print you some tickets or something. Just make sure he brings his credit card and proof of purchase and all will be fine :wink:

You generally find there's no need to panic, and that there's usually a solution... unless you're dealing with Ryanair, of course :roll:
