The Arsenal ticket office is a joke
Me & my mate had trouble last night with the box office
We were test driveing to see if the cards were ok to use for tomorrow & going over things
He wanted me to book one for him which i didn't mind doing
My mate couldn't remember his password & when they gave him a new one it didn't work

I wasn't after tickets but thought for a suprise i would get one on my sis's JG card & when i couldn't remember hers i sent off for a password change only to change my Dad's p word double

I knew there would be trouble booking for this ficture but this is just a fing laugh for them
Now i am being updated to someone about the tickets who is after one himself which he just said now its sold out again they keep bringing tickets on sale and off again
He also said that when trying to get tickets online, click it and try and book just 1 seat "Sorry there are not enough seats in a row, plese try a smaller amount"

I THOUGHT GETTING TICKETS BY PHONE WAS BAD ENOUGH, BUT THE ON-LINE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE CRAP!!

I WAS TRYING TO GET MY FRIEND AND HIS SMALL SON TICKETS IN THE FAMILY ENCLOSURE FOR THE MAN UTD MATCH, BUT EVERY TIME I PUT IN MY DETAILS, IT TOLD ME THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY SUBMISSION!! BY THE TIME I GOT THROUGH ON THE PHONE, THE F.E. HAD SOLD OUT.

THANKFULLY, I'M A SEASON TICKET HOLDER SO WON'T MISS THE GAME, BUT THERE IS NOW A DISAPPOINTED 6 YEAR OLD - AND HIS DAD! - WHO WON'T GET TO SEE ONE OF THE 'BIG MATCHES' BECAUSE OF ARSENAL BOX OFFICE INCOMPETENCE.

THAT'S THE SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME THIS SEASON USING THE ON-LINE BOOKING SYSTEM - LET ALONE THE PALAVA WITH RE-NEWING MEMBERSHIPS DURING THE SUMMER - AND I RANG ARSENAL TO ASK WHY THE PROBLEMS. THEY SAID IT'S HAPPENING BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF UP-DATING THE SOFTWARE/COMPUTERS RESPONSIBLE FOR TICKET BOOKING, AND THEN SUGGESTED I USE THE PHONE NEXT TIME!!

WHETHER THEY CALL US FANS OR CUSTOMERS, ARSENAL FOOTBALL CLUB STILL HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO WITH REGARDS HOW THEY CONDUCT THEIR OPERATION AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS BEFORE THEY BEGIN TO BE AS WORTHY OF THE 'BIG CLUB' TAG OFF THE PITCH, AS THEY ARE ON IT.

Lock up your daughters

Got on the online booking office straight away with no waiting and booked three tickets for the Manure game YIPEEEEE!!!!! There is 7 of us going over and I can't wait!

As you all know by now I HATE the Fergie LOVIN@ scum so I am hoping for BIG things

Staying overnight in Luton so I will be out on the rip on Sat night, look out you hookers!!!!

They went on sale today to silver members, Ben. If you don't get in quick, you won't be going. I think I'm right in saying that they'd sold out in a few hours.
