i would say it borders on rip-off to extortionate. Trust me if you think London is expensive when you get here, it won't compare to Dublin.
mate, i'll spend a couple of days in OSLO as well... oirland can't be more expensive than norway

BTW, what's the price for a pint of guinnes in london and in dublin in a decent pub??
My local has just put their prices up to £2.80 a pint, a 30 yard walk to another pub though is £3.40 :?
feck me, that's very cheap!!!! I pay 5 pounds for a pint of guinness here :( :( :(

i'm gonna get so drunk in this little trip :D :D :D :D :-P :-P :-P :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Having done this trip a fair few times I would definitely recommend this! :D

Could always get a train to/from Dublin out of Galway too.

I'm not a fan of galway, always thought it overrated, and a good pint of guinness impossible to be had in the place.
Much prefer Dublin, lots more to do and see, though I haven't been there in about 7 years. I hear you can't find an Irish barman or shop assistant in the place anymore, is that true?

Anyone know of a pub in Galway called Fox's?

My Great-Grandmother used to own/run it.

That the one beside the train station RaM? I used to drink in there a bit in my student days
