Diaby

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Why? Maybe if Diaby performed in every game then fair enough, but hes so inconsistant, good this week, more than likely he will be shit next week
Well, he gets more and more consistant every week. His doing much better than the start of the season.

I reckon that by next year he'll be as consistent as Song.

Well you have to wonder about whether time = wisdom when you consider two of our stand-out performers this season "not good enough"

I don't care if you have had a season ticket since 1886, you obviously haven't got a clue!

Diaby and Song were easily our best players yesterday. Please explain to me how it was their fault we didn't win.

goonern5 knows fuck all about football. this aint the first time he's made a shit comment that shows he aint got a clue. seems to be one of those people who just churn out catchphrases for the sake of it cos he's heard a few other people saying them.

Read my post again and state where I said it was their fault we didnt win yesterday? What I said is that if we want to WIN the league then in my opinion we need better players than both Song and Diaby

never realised how fucking hard it' is to get the ball off him - funny watching him turn brum players inside out

it was like watch the big 16 year old at school and the 10 year olds trying to get the ball off him

he's been awesome lately

Wenger's tactics fucked up again

I have to agreed with N5 a bit here,Song is an average player who has had a great season,he wouldnt get in the United or Chelsea first XI,a bit like Flamini, had a decent 8 months in all the time he was at the club.

Diaby has potential to be a gooner great but is far too inconsistent, and cant be relied on to have 2 good games in a row let alone be consistant all season, dont get me wrong on the whole i have been pleased with both players input this season,Song particularly, but i dont see them as good enough players to be in the first XI in a genuine class year after year title winning team.
