That very song was being sung at the Barnet pre-season opener at the start of 07/08 season

You just reminded me, those idiots (Spuds) had a song about shoving Madeline McCan in the back of a van.. They were singing it when they played Anorthosis Famagusta. I live in Cyprus, and remember it well. I'm all for teh craic and all that, but things like that aren't funny in my opinion.

not really a chant but at the lane in 83 my dad said a couple of travelling gooners mocked the spurs fans by throwing gas masks at them. think the score was 4-2 :barscarf:

'the huns' singing knee deep in fenian blood is pretty awful. the fact that you still hear it now and again (from a minority at least) is poor form.

not been round long enough to have heard any hardcore anti-semitism along the lines of the holocaust at the arsenal, but i did once hear some pissed young guys on a train heading north singing 'they killed jesus, they killed jesus, they killed jesus at the lane'. though i think it was all big-bollocks bravado cos it escalated from 'there's no bacon...'

i guess the good old days had their bad bits too eh?

What Derry City fans sing to all our Southern Irish sheep shagging visitors.
That's a bit rich tbh, Derry City is hardly a huge metropoltan area, is it?

A friend of mine used to live on Highbury Hill, and told me that four or five years ago on North London derby day, there were thirty or forty Spurs fans walking down the road at about 11am (12.45KO). Their anti Campbell feeling was still at fever pitch, and it was only a week or so after Sol's Dad passed away, so they were singing

"HIS FATHER'S IN A BOX, HE LOVES THE TASTE OF C*CKS"

Some football fans are just complete C*nts.
