celebrity in the crowd tomorrow

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I used to stand behind Rory Mcgrath on the North Bank Terrace, just left of centre.
Darren from Eastenders has sat one seat away from me on a couple of occasions. Seen several Eastenders people in fact over the years. Saw the Scouse guy from Holby get thrown out last year when we played the Scousers. He was pissed up and was shouting abuse as he left - complete tosser.

Suited and booted for the final game at highbury, had a seat in the west lower ( I usually sat in the clockend ) as a mate of mine couldn't make it. On my left Oleg Luzhny, right David Hillier, Michael Thomas, Paul Davis, Lee Dixon, Alan Smith. The seat in front of mine was Mrs Williams, next to her Steve. We got chatting, as I was half-cut, she gave me a smoke and I told her I couldn't get a program as the ques were round the block. She came back at half time with a bagged program and asked if I wanted it signed, I gave the nod and it got passed round to all the players in the area. As well as the ones I've already named there was Malcolm macdonald, Pat jennings, David Seaman, Chris white the list does go on. And as well as signing my program, Micky Thomas signed my redcurrant shirt I had on under my suit !!..

If you've read this I hope it didn't bore the tits off you but it was a day that I will remember, what a f*ckin' day and all because my ticket was a duplicate, someone was already in my seat but the steward saw me in a suit and thought I may have been respectable !!

GREAT DAY !! (Very glad this question was asked)

I met Guy Roux at the Armoury, he was buying an arsenal scarf. I shook his hand ^^
He's famous in France, he was manager of AJ Auxerre for more than 30 years or something.

Bumped literally into Michael Moore a couple of seasons ago outside the Grove. Seen Clive Anderson and Melvyn Bragg a couple of times at night champs league games.

Once sat behind Ramon Vegas in the North Bank for a champs league game, sadly it was the night we lost 3nil to Inter at Highbury. Bet he was shitting himself that he would get his head caved in by gooners but he was probably left alone because he was so s**t for them, he might as well have been a gooner.
