As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
From Fabregas's sister's twitter......... I am very proud of the team, especially him. I've never cried so much watching a football game (except in the final in Paris and in Insbruk)

This season? Try the last 5 seasons.
And I'll take Cesc's word for it and believe it is broke. He looked like it was broke.
Sad thing is, he is going to miss the World Cup, which is very, very sad.
now that would be irony, cesc thinking of leaving in the summer cos of all the broken legs his team mates get in this physical league, then he goes and breaks his against barca, with no tackle!!
If he broke/fractured his leg during the tackle with Puyol and then stepped up and took the pen what a brilliant thing to do and shows the likes of AA true heart even if it might have been foolish
Mixed messages coming out. At first they said he was going to have an x-ray straight away then for Cesc to come out and mention his fibula is fractured on the official website, as they don't normally do injury gossip on there, then I think his season is over.
What a legend to keep playing even when he couldn't walk, he wouldn't come off. I saw AW called him to come off but he didn't want to.

For me a fresh, well trained and fit Fabregas in August beats a tired, worn out world cup injury prone Fabregas...
If he has broken his leg and is out for the remainder of the season....lets get him back playing in August FIT...fuck Spain, fuck the World Cup, fuck it all......
