Unsung: Sagna

Very good, very solid player. Well behind the likes of Alves, Maicon and Sergio Ramos internationally but certainly up there with Ivanovic and Boswinga as the best in this league.

That said I would play Eboue against Barcelona, we need as attacking a line-up as possible to get them going back the other way and stop them attacking like they did at the Grove.

was at the game 2day, and thought sagna did well, still could do a lot better with his crosses mind. 2 suggest that eboue should be played ahead of sagna is crazy talk. i dont care what the rosetinters on here say, but the guy is still utter rubbish. at home v wolves, he should be staring, instead he stunk the place out (again) this gimp offers us nothing. walcott should start out right on tues, if not him then rosicky, but certianlly, not that clown eboue.

Didn't Eboue play on the left of midfield today? Hardly grounds to rule him out of playing his favoured right back position on Tuesday  He's more likely to push on than Sagna, which means Maxwell gets pinned back. Did you see how much space Alves and Maxwell had the other night??

Walcott was rubbish today, he's best deployed from the bench against tired legs.

The standards of RBs in this league is generally low. The top two sides have Ivanovich and Brown (or Neville). Sagna's only competition is from Eboue and Johnson IMO

And in international I'd say only Alves is on par with him. I think people are being a little too critical on Sagna :?

not being critical, he is deff one of the best RBs around but going forward...mainly crossing the ball he isn't any good, even today, look at his head and where he is looking

http://www.soccerclips.net/videos/arsen ... s-bendtner

straight down at the ball, doesnt look up once.

still, went in so at this point in time, WHO CARES :barscarf:

edit...think he may of took a look up actually

*sits down,shuts up*

Dixon, Lauren, Winterburn and Cashley certainly helped the cause with a few goals....

Both Clichy and Sagna have a grand total of......1 goal between them......hopeless full backs

2 goals and we don't really need to have our full backs getting on the score sheet.
