membership packs

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

ben - if you are under 16 become a junior gunner. you get the same rights as silver members, become a cannon club member for two years at 16, and then at 18 become a silver member. it is queue jumping for the young on one level, but the club policy is to try and make sure that over the course of time the crowd does not just consist of old gits like me. call it positive discrimination but i can understand someone getting red membership as a 20 year old being a bit hacked off

I take it all back! I came home to find our 2 JG membership packs on the doorstep today (glad that wasnt you Chunky!), and no sign of my silver.
I dont know what anyone else thinks, but I think the packs are pretty rubbish this year. A hat thats too big, a couple of dodgy face flannels, a dvd (ok), and a washbag? Whats that all about? :?

same here didnt get it last year and im skeptical about this year. ringing the club is pointless the call center staff are clueless. if the postman did leave it outside then he's a muppet, you cant leave a 50p outside the door these days let alone a full memership pack.

Ed, I have no idea re the washmit, although I have two so could use them as a pair. Could be oven gloves, could be for cleaning my car, could be anything!
I think it looks like a load of stuff they couldnt shift in the shop and decided to give it to the JG instead. :?
And still no silver pack for me....

Now Now ! Why do you honestly think people join up? Its not for the memberships packs thats for sure . Its because its there only chance to get a ticket if they are not a season ticket holder. As I said before any postman who leaves parcels on the doorstep is stupid as its not allowed and yes Im a postman too! If they cant deliver a parcel then they should leave a card ( called a P739 !! ) through the door for the person to have re delivered or they can collect it from there local office.
