USMartin - here is your answer.

I have no wish to silence you!

I do not think the board perfect, but do not share your burning hostility of the board, nor your analysis of events 2005 - 2010.

I made that clear over 20 pages of argument, and when you failed to convince me of your view you turned it personal and got angry despite me keeping it "business".

If you failed to be convinced by my arguments, so be it.
I strongly dislike your repeated labelling of me, and others, as morally wrong or lacking guts, for what you seem to consider a "crime" of not sharing your views of the board.

I find your repeated anti-board posts bizarre, and symptomatic of either a concerted campaign by an obsessed individual or as a stooge for a takeover group.

Which of them it is I neither know nor care.

I'm sorry but if you're gonna complain at least read what I say. I get it but all the same its wrong to criticize what someone says without reading it first. I mean you'd agree now I know about the PM function and what its for, no? Look I've got no beef with you here. I even understand why you'd suggest that. But I made it clear why that wasn't enoughin this case. It would have been any other time.

No its not. Its just a coward who lacks the courage of his convictions and has proven it. Its just a liar who will say anything to defend his view of the facts. I tried he lacks the character to validate his false claims or retract them. He had the chance to do what was right - including prove his accusations were true. He chose not to do anything because he knew he'd have to acknowledge his claims were false. He isn't adult enough to do that from anything I have read. That's on him, and I could care less now because its proven and by his own words no less.

I agree. I share responsibility in this, but the fact is I haven't engaged in a deliberate effort to lie about anyone including QG where If you read those quotes its clear he has, and while I would have no problem with anything he said in a PM or off the forum I'm not going to let someone use deliberate lies to discredit me publicly simply to invalidate an opinion he dislikes.

This has ended now for me - QG has revealed himself for what he really is. That was his choice it could have ended just as gently had he simply done the grown-up thing and acknowledged his claims were incorrect if not false. He made his choice - its on him now.

I have had plenty of debates about the board etc with Augie, who is closer to your opinion than most, but non of them got personal from either side. There was no hate involved.

I have had far more intense discussions on recent political issues too, with Cockerill's Chin and others, without the kind of accusations and behaviour shown by yourself.

So ask yourself why you have got so worked up?
