Agree except for Liverpool, if we are talking about European success then yes, but as for being biggest? no. Liverpool simply don't have the fan base and you won't see many kids on the continent wearing a Liverpool shirt.
Their lack of domestic success since SkyTV has meant they are no longer the name they where 30 years ago.

History and over here I agree, but worldwide I very much doubt it. They simply haven't had the success nor indeed the high profile players since the advent of world wide Premiership broadcasting.

Based on history, current status and supporter size, I'd go:

Barca
Real Madrid
Man United
AC Milan
Bayern Munich
Us
Liverpool
Inter
Juventus

Have we now turned into Hello magazine or the Daily Mirror?!

How do you qualify "biggest"? If it is number of supporters then on the continent it is Barca. But then does owning a Barca shirt make you a "supporter"?

If it is on history/trophies then it is Real or Liverpool. But are we judging on all trophies won, or domestic trophies or European cups as the domestic trophies in Spain or England mean fuck all to a fan in England/Spain or Italy (delete as applicable)?

If it is on world wide "support" then it is Man Utd. But again is a punter in Singapore that owns a manure tshirt but has never been to old shatford a true supporter? Or a punter in Hong Kong that spends most of his wages on manure merchandise but also hasn't been to old shatford?

How do you qualify what is "biggest". It is purely subjective perception.

Stupid poll.
