Can we ARSENAL carry on as a library?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

On a side note, how shit were the spurs fans though?! Only heard anything from them once it got to 2-2. Probably the first away fans to come to AG that I couldn't actually hear
they were silent until 2-2. shit support

I was in the North Bank yesterday (Block 11) and man was it rocking yesterday in the first half 8) Nobody, and I mean nobody, sat down at any stage during the game and there were no complaints from fellow Gooners and the stewards were sensible enough to accept the situation. I agree 100% that at the start of the second half yesterday the atmosphere had changed, both on and off the pitch, as we could all see a change in effort and commitment of the players and a real sense of fear and dread took over :worried: That we did of course captitulate is however in no way the responsibility of the fans who should not have to pay big money to watch a shower of gutless *word censored* earning huge salaries stroll around and disrespect the shirt, the club and the fans on too many occasions for it to be a fluke  Where is the personal pride of the players that will stop shit like that happening ? I have worked long enough to know that I am expected to put in a proper shift every day regardless of whether I have thousands of fans turning up to show me their support

this is a great idea, with the bowl like shape of the NB it is virtually impossible to get it going, people are too far apart and self-concious to have a go.the club should in the intrests of the team move all singers together,i know this will cause problems with others who dont want to move but if its worth league points( and it surely is) it needs to be done .a simple survey / questionaire would do it.we need to bring together the scattered groups of what appears to to 20-30 into one throng to lift the atmosphere ala highbury at its best.a generation of fans has stayed silent at the emerates and highbury now and that must end .

We didn't get the usual announcement "play is starting, please return to your seats" etc, cos the players came out so fast... I missed the first ten seconds or so, something I haven't done before in 4 years at the bowl... think that was it.

I miss Highbury North Bank so bad! We use to kill teams and we did make noise especially agianst the scum. There are so Many C*nts at the emirashits i'm ashamed to support the same team. Have you actually listened to people behind chat so much shit it makes you cringe.
