Came home and my PC was screwed up (Niece spilled some Ice cream on the on/off button of all places tower had to be taken apart actually to clean it) then when I got it back my log-in no longer worked though I got no message stating I was banned and finally after almost two weeks of submitting my message about being unable to log in got a new temp password today
