If it goes ahead we will easily have 60% posession, play all that lovely tippy tappy passing bollocks we now call "attractive football" and have maybe 1 or 2 shots on target. Drogba will score 2 and that will be that...
It's like Groundhog day now.
I've never felt so negative about a game and just plain old resigned to losing before it has even kicked off.
Having said that, I'll still tip us for the win on Sammy's game in case I jinx us!
What's annoying me is that where it not for the weather, there was a good chance we would have been top going into the Christmas games, where as now we will probably go into this game in 3rd place, then dropping to 4th if we lose.
Some Gooners are pointing out that we could extend the Chavs run of bad form and sneak a win.
Trouble is their bad run happened when Terry and Lampard were injured and Drogba / Essien were struggling for form. All 4 of them are back now and history tells us that we can't live with Chelsea when that lot are in their team.
I can't see anything other than a defeat for us I'm afraid as we will not be able to keep a clean sheet, Chelsea's defence will strangle the life out of us just like ManUre's back line did and the arrogant git on the bench will have no answers as usual.
I don’t know what the debate is. This is an easy training day win for the Chavs. They know it, our players know the media know it and every football fan in the world know it. The only person who doesn’t know it is the deluded *word censored* we have as our manager.
