Basically every year we go on holiday to the beach down that way for two weeks, and spend a few days in one of these at some point. Both are absolutely beautiful.. hang on, let's not go there but they remind me of Cape Town in a way, obviously without the crime and scenery... lovely laid back places, beautiful women, great bars (even found one open at 7am to watch the Blackpool game this year). Both also have excellent seafood and barbecue joints, and beautiful housing stock. Lovely places to spend a few days and really nice people too - I would very much recommend them!

I am not too well travelled but:
New York is a favourite - history, food, lounges.
Jerusalem is very interesting and very different vibe from London, though both steeped in history.
Paris amazing for architecture.
Edinburgh good for a couple of days - castle, New Town etc.

Amsterdam (for the whores mainly like)
Majorca (for the beach in Puerto Pollensa)
Darwin (lived there for 3 years when I was very young and loved it)
Hong Kong (visited it when living in Darwin and loved it anarl)
