What a Surprise

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

It wasnt the FA's decision it was Clattenburg watched it again and decided he was right not to card Rooney at the time, the FA cant do anything if the ref does this. It is Clattenburg thats the cunt

In that case, Clattenburg should be the one who's suspended. But funnily enough, that won't happen either.

Christ a'fucking mighty. :banghead:  :banghead:

I can't say I'm surprised but I am fucking appalled. My son Jack saw that incident. He starts playing football in June (summer football camp) then with my old club in August. He saw what GrannyRaper did and asked me about it. Foolishly, I explained that the scouse knacker would be punished and why.

So is this the message the pathetic FA want to give to kids? It's ok to elbow another player?

Shower of spineless bastards. Disgraceful.

If, if, we beat Orient...we'll go up there, get an unpunished kicking and we'll have a player sent off. Odds on!

Factually incorrect flash me old mate......the rules of fifa (rule 70 something or another) states that they can over-rule a referee's decision if they feel justice has not been served. Sunday Supplement highlighted this on sky last sunday morning. The problem here is that fifa and the fa are afraid to intervene cos they know it will undermine refs and they are afraid of confrontations with refs union

A few years ago Ben Thatcher got a long ban at Man City for a forearm smash on Pedro Mendes, despite having been booked for the incident. The press went in to one about it and the FA did what they are supposed to. Different rules for certain players/clubs.

this might explain why Manure continue to get away with whatever they want in the PL.

Have a look who's the General Manager

By the way wasn't it the same Mark Clattenburg that didn't dee the Spuds goal that was miles over the line at OT when Carroll dragged the ball backl over the line from well inside the net?

Surely either 3 match ban for Rooney or if Battenburg claims he saw the incident then he must be either taken off the list or demoted to the championship.

Surely one or the other has to happen or it is genuinely giving the go ahead for that kind of behaviour.

Old Red Face controlling the FA again.

Come on Chelsea, shoot down Rooney with ya Air rifles.
