As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If he does see them, he is not buying proven quality to fill these weakness, 10 million on Koscielny for example. The endless saga of the goalkeeping situation, the stale tactics, substitutions. I think these points are frustrating the supporters, who care, more, instead of the glory of a trophy.
The article is good but (and i hate to say it ) Frank is more spot on with the above post

Yes, I too would also like to bring to the attention of admin that whoever hacked into Frank's account and wrote that reply, has made an excellent point.

I'm really Swale.... I've converted over to the right side...
But seriously, I have only skimmed the surface of Wenger's last 6 seasons, I could have gone on about how he has now started to treat the F.A. cup with contempt with weakened lineups (Man U away, Stoke away spring to mind), again, weakened lineups in the C.L. when qualification wasn't guaranteed, he never used to do these things, and smacks of blinkered arrogance on his part.
decent article
but 19 home and 19 away is fine
same refs is exactly the problem for everyone in competition with ManUre (the chavs suffer just as much as us if not more in the last few years)
AW is renowned for his contempt for any Articles on Arsenal in the Press and how he doesn't read the footie pages.... I just hope someone gets him to sit down and read this article....

Perhaps AW should look at all the ''footie pages'' now because in the past, especially during Graham's reign and possibly others, have always used any bad press to create a seige mentality (sorry for the M word) within the club, now, other teams, especially in Carling Cup games, F.A. Cup games and now C.L. group games, just look at Wenger's weakened teams against them and use that for their motivation.
'the whole world' does agree
because it's easy to imagine good results from fantasy decisions
this summer we could have bought a keeper and Szcz not signed a new contract and forced through a move
Szcz > Schwartzer
we did buy 2 defenders, if we bought 1 more
JD (IMO our best defender this season) could have hardly figured and be heading out of the club
JD > Cahill
if we had bought another centremid Jack Wilshere would obviously have been the one missing out and could easily have spent another season at Bolton and not progressed anywhere near as much
You are making assumptions, and of course nobody can say what would happen when new signings are made. But that is the way in football, and life. You need healthy comeptition, and you need players of good quality to fight for places.
If because we signed players, those at the club want to fuck off, then you would obviously have to question their attitude, and whether they are up for the battle.
Djourou - injury prone, best of a bad bunch
Szesney - Still largely unproven. Give me two full seasons.
Wilshire - Don't think would be harmed by the competition, and will benefit by playing alongside any good players bought.
Wenger made a mistake in not strengthening, and it's now been proved season after season. But carry on looking for "ways out" and talking around the issue - because it is obviously better than accepting what is glaringly obvious.

JD even you know Szczesny was 4th choice at the start of the season. If the other three hadnt got injured Wenger would not have picked him on merit. We needed a new keeper because clowns 1 and 2 were not good enough. And we still do
As for Djourou just look at his injury record(he's injured now) and tell me you had faith he would go a whole season without getting injured. What next RVP to play a full season
Everyone who said we needed a new GK,a CB and a DM has been proved right again
