It was a respected site amongst fans of other clubs due to it's honesty about those days. Unlike all the books that are on the market in which the author was always dishing it out and never got done, it told of how Arsenal got turned over from time to time.DB10GOONER wrote:Once we don't now get a heap of mongs on here bullshitting about how they ran the scum all over the manor...![]()
The stories section was the best read on there and was not all about FV.
And it's MANOR by the way.

Put your knickers back on, mate. I know well what it was. And if you knew as much about those days as you like to constantly remind us you'll also know that alot of those people that post on that type of site are bullshitters. Not all, but alot.

And what is wrong with "manor" in my OP?

maybe we can have an "FV" subforum.

To be honest I have no problem with the terrace culture stuff as I remember those days and it is a valid part of football lore and history. But as for the FV rubbish? We'd just be inviting every 14 year old virgin on the internet to join! Could you imagine that many Herds on here??!!

He must have made a tidy sum with that book about his various rumbles across England and Europe - where as Herd quite rightly said, he seemed to remain pretty much unscathed.

That will never happen,Ward is not popular with the Herd, who are not into writing books,to the best of my Knowledge,he was only on the fringes of the Herd, and they would not welcome him at all.marcengels wrote:Colin Ward?DB10GOONER wrote:It is a shame to see it go.
