Birmingham's relegation would not make a difference to any embarassement for me. It would be a small price to pay to see them relegated anywayMr FINSBURY PARK GOONER wrote: how embrassing will it look if we lost the Carling Cup final to a team that got relegated.....oh Arsenal how you have broken my heart with embrassement

Sp*rs have played decently well this season and they shouldn't be in Europe had Arsenal properly taken the points from them as we should.
Birmingham are a bunch of twats and I hope they get relegated. Take your little Carling Cup with you, maybe Obafemi can do some more backflips when he scores against Millwall.

EDIT: I stand corrected on this, Chelsea are top but will be playing CL next season, s**** are second so will be playing Europa League next season.

There won't be much of that to worry about mate. There's about as much prestige in the Europa League as there is in your average Lidl.DB10GOONER wrote:I'm very conflicted on this one. Head wants the scum to have that extra game and travel but then in my heart I want them to not have the prestige of playing in Europe. Also want the Brum scum to go down too.
Thursday night group matches against shitey teams in shitey places - the swamp dwellers will fit in perfectly.
As for Birmingham - another little club that we spend far too much time worrying about, just like Hull and Stoke. Honestly, its fucking embarrassing.
When do you hear about Man U or Chelsea getting involved in these bitter little battles with dross like that - they just beat them, or in the event of a rare defeat roll up their sleeves and get on with it. Its only the GIC that's allowed these silly petty battles to develop with his constant whining. He's turning Arsenal into a hated club but not for the right reasons i.e. winning things or being hard to beat like GG's vintage.
No it wouldn't as it would mean they get a real chance to push on all domestic fronts with a proper pre-season and a board that will probably buy in the summer.safcftm wrote:I want Spurs to win. It'd be great to see Blackpool survive having come up and tried to play good football, so a Spurs win might help Birmingham drop beneath Blackpool even if Blackpool lose at OT (depending on the number they both lose by of course). I also like the idea of Liverpool not being in Europe at all, thatd be amusing
It will be yet another club that will lap us.
Stll want Brum to go down and Big Berk to get the sack though.
Nothing good about being in the No-hoper cup unless you win it, Channel 5, Sunday league games and trips Azer-by-middle of Asia....hope the Scum do it.
