At least Gibbs has age on his side.

Clichy should be at the peak of his career now but instead has been steadily getting worse.... I honestly thought that part of the reason Cashley was so quick to leave was out of fear of being replaced by Clichy. How wrong could I be.....

Yet another Arsenal player I'll be glad to see the back off. Problem is, who will AW replace him with. Gibbs is okay but not good enough.
Arsenal need world class not middle class players.

Right who else to go, Eboue, Diaby, the two idiot keepers......................

He's not talking about Lehmann, its the the other two clowns.

Anyway I really dont think this is a good idea unless a proper replacement is brought in. And as far as I can see there isnt many good LBs around anymore.

5.5m also seems like dirt cheap, we would be expected to pay twice or 3 times that for Baines, and he is better but not by much. Not really worth it unless we find better in my opinion.

His contract runs out next season thats why its Â£5.5m.Although i would bite off the hand of any club that offered that.And Clichy is not better than Baines

Got to say I'll be fucking pleased to see this *word censored* go, it is strange though, I used to think when he burst onto the scene, taking over from Cuntley, what a really good player he looked but like alot of our players when they come into the team, look good, improve slightly and then through either lack of competition for their place or Wenger's coaching just stagnate and turn to shit.... Hmmmm...

You've got to admit 5.5m is not an awful lot since we are paying 1m for this Jenkinson kid.

I never said Clichy was better, he isn't. And I rate Baines, but he's not an awful lot better than Clichy. He cant even break into the England squad and guys like Warnock and even Gibbs have been picked ahead of him.

If anyone can convince me its worth selling Clichy for 5.5m and then paying over double or even triple that for Baines, then go ahead because I cant see it and I dont see Wenger doing it either.

And I also I think its not really fair to start calling Clichy a *word censored* and every other name under the sun. We dont know whats going on and he has been here a very long time and has a medal from the invincible team.

I must have missed when this fad of cunting players off because they arent good enough started. I expect better from our fans. Yes he may have been shite the last few years but at least he gives 100% unlike others, respects the club and fans, is a good guy and has always been loyal and probably will stay.

There's no reason to call every player to leaves the club a *word censored*, it didnt happen before and it shouldnt happen now.
