The interesting film facts thread

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Not a film, but I always recall seeing Felicity Kendall's tit in The Good Life, and I think the title of the episode is called The Early Bird... anyway, I did a bit of digging around and actually found it here on the following link... (had a thing for her when I was around 10).... What made it even more titalating... (sorry) was that it was totally unintentional...!!!!

kevin peter hall is the actor mate. now look at this:
Height: 7' 2½" (2.20 m)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093773/

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001310/

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Who_played_th ... dator_film
Jean-Claude Van Damme was down to play the Predator originally, due to casting Schwarzenegger, Weathers, and Ventura, actors known for their bodybuilding.

So the more opposing Kevin Peter Hall, was cast. He also played the helicopter pilot at the end of the film. He reprised the role of the Predator in the sequel.

He passed away in April 1991

Hmmm... based on all the evidence... I'm going for BrazilianGooner's Kevin Peter Mary Mungo and Midge as the actor who played the part.

I think that we should call it a score draw B.G.!!!
I have been doing a bit of digging, and it turns out that Jean Claude Van Damme started the film as the Predator, but was replaced half way through filming by Kevin Peter Hall.Apparently images of both were used in the film!!!

mate, WATCH the film. the predator is big as a tree. jean claude van damme wouldn't even fit in that suit (his head would be somewhere close to KPH's knees   )

its KPH mate, van damme was only considered for the job. google it anywhere and the answer will be all the same.

Not a film, but close enough........

BBC production about fighter pilots in WWII. One of Brylcreem boys looked down from his Spitfire and said.....

"It's okay chaps, I know exactly where we are. Look down at your ten o'clock. You can just about see the M4."

:D
