Re: Wenger is the root of all evil ......or is he !
It was/is Wenger's policy to reward nobodies with huge contracts, and recruit some truly terrible players.Herd wrote:The Board NOT Wenger fucked up the Cashley Cole deal you said it yourself .

Nasri and cole are both *word censored* end of I actually had the pleasure of telling ashley cole to his face after being introduced to him at a premier of something he invested in unfortunately I've yet to tell the lesbian haircut buck toothed git the same but live in hope. Sad that I and other arsenal supporters feel this way as they were both excellent players for us and made me feel bitter the way the left us, however they could have done a lot more with their actions to avoid making the arsenal supporters feel bitter.
Anyway fuck them and there clubs!

Most of the quality players we have had leave us, was about wages. Don't think for one minute that Vieira and Henry were paid the same or less when they left Arsenal.
I've pointed out on more than one occaision that the board/ manager will not let a player stay at the club for longer than 8 years anymore. It will mean raising the wages ceiling they have and not have to honour a testimonial or give out a bonus for a player completing 10 years at the club. Bergkamp's testimonial was the first and the last testimonial at The Grove.
Cole's departure wasn't pleasant, but brace yourself for Jack's departure in two years time because with this current regime at the club he will seek pasture's new.
