Hasn't Bould been part of the youth set up for a good long while now, say 5 years or more?
Surely he would have had his chance with the likes of Djourou/Clichy/Gibbs in the youths over their pre first team years. And they're still shit at defending.

I just think people don't want to get sacked. I mean are you telling me Bould can't see how poorly we are in defence? Why has he not said anything? Probably because he think he'll be out on his ear if he did. Which he probably would be. Too many yes men there.
We clearly saw when Wenger was banished to the stands just how shockingly inept Pat Rice is. Staring up at Wenger like a pleading pup. So after years as the number 2 at Arsenal he has learned nothing.
Rice won't help change anything.
Look who he is meant to be taking direction from, Wenger, he obviously is clueless as well. So no hope there either.
It would never happen but George Graham would be ideal to sort out that shambles at the back.
