Whats to be happy about herd? Arsenal is a big part of my life as it was for you still a few years ago!

Trust me I wouldn't be so bitter and negative if I lived it up in Singapore!

Mikey I can assure u it's as frustrating from here too ,try sleeping after you've been bouncing off the walls at 1 am on a Sunday almost screaming in anguish as they throw game after game away,especially up there in N17.

Wake up and see the channel news asia people who know nothing about football laughing at us and u start the day with a downer I can tell you.

I also have 2 season tickets so I'm paying through the nose too and since my son now goes away games I pay even more.

I didn't say there is anything to be happy about but the endless hand wringing ans whining on here obviously isn't helping any of you or us is it .

I'm off down the pub now for a 15 pint strongbow frenzy to get over it and at 7 quid a pint its going to hurt the wallet and the head !

I largely agree with Herd here.

Babatunde's post is another list of negatives, but taken to the extreme.

We all know we are in very poor form but anyone who has watched us pre-Wenger has seen ups and downs.

We all know Wenger is not the man he was, and the morale is at a nadir.

But new players do have to be given time to settle, especially when joining a losing team.

The one positive I have seen Babatunde offer is a suggestion of transfer targets, fair enough.

I would accept Wenger leaving the club, as he cannot inspire the team at present and we have been declining.
I think a new manager would be best.
But it very much looks as if the board have backed Wenger, and barring a scandal will back him again in January, and barring relegation will back him again next summer with more signings.
So let us see who arrives.

To get Wenger out would take sustained and unprecedented protest from Arsenal fans.

My eldest son lives there at the moment working for the mod ,truly awful .

I had some mates up there many moons ago and he lived on one of them new estates that all look alike.
He was getting married so we where having a 3 day stag night and after one heavy nights drinking we come back from bletchley rather overly refreshed .

Walking in through the side door we walk into a room with a couple going at it on the sofa ........what u doing in my house says my mate before realising it wasn't his ...............he lived in the next street right behind this couple !

You can't argue with anything written here by baba or herd to an extent, but there are no positives I'm afraid. And what is a forum if its not a place to vent steam and moan. All those twats who say the team need our support now more than ever maybe true, but a forum is not the place to do it, rather encourage the team at the games inside the ground. And I mean the team, not the manager, but if the team play shit feel free to let them know it at the final whistle.

We all know nothing will change in the short to medium term and the fact is we have to many numpty supporters for any protest, apart from against ticket prices to get off the ground. We just have to accept what we have become as much as it hurts and adopt a meh attitude as I have resigned myself to for the first time in 19 years of support.
