Not sure what the REAL RIP is all about here Mr Hague ?
A bit callous of you Herd.

I think the "real" part of it was because this was a very young person who died. Not somebody in their eighties, like Norman Wisdom. Or a famous person like Michael bloody Jackson. Or Elvis bloody Presley.

No Arsenal connection is required.

No need to get all sniffy boys it was a serious question.

Firstly I genuinely had thought he might have had a connection with Arsenal which could be explained .

Secondly as u all know there is another thread with RIP on the site.
I wondered if Mr Den Haag could enlighten us on why his was a real one which in itself could imply that the other one on here which is about an old friend of mine and was Arsenal through and through is not however i accept this may have not been his intention.

I asked for clarification nothing more.

Far too many of you jump down peoples throats without reading what people write.

You could've easily asked for your 'clarification' via PM. One would think, out of respect for the young man, you would leave your rip wishes and move on. But no, you had to ruin the thread because you're so desperate for some attention. Pathetic. Stop trying to wriggle out of this one, your post stank then and still does now.

WTF

Leave it out ladies.

It is a forum with words on a screen that can often be misinterpreted in the same way text messages are.

Herd has offered and explanation and that should be the end of it allowing the thread to continue in the manner it was started.

i will clarify for the herd . I met Denton nearly 30 years ago in winterslag in a europen game and i was gutted about his death , i was in no way saying the rip thread about him was not real ! what i meant was this little boy hadnt even began his life yet and he was taken away so so young yet he still had it in him to try to help others before he died ( i wish i could be that brave ) so when i said real i meant thoroughlly justified . i hope this clears it up for you ?

Easy wasnt it !

Thanks fella that's cleared it up for me !

I have to thank 1989 too because after yesterdays little spat It reminded me that I haven't done anything for cancer research since I shaved my hair off last year so today I sent them a token on his page and left a small message from online gooner.

I invite any of you who can spare a bob or two in these tough times to do the same !

There is nothing to bring us back to a real sense of perspective, like the death of a child.
